Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Times
We process and ship all orders within 2–4 business days from our warehouse.
We ship worldwide. Under normal circumstances, delivery takes approximately 4–15 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events (e.g. global logistics disruptions).
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact our customer support team and include your order number and tracking details.
Shipping Information
To offer competitive pricing, products may be shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners. While we work closely with our logistics providers, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to become active.
Where Is My Order?
If you have received your shipping confirmation but your tracking information has not updated yet, please allow a few days for the carrier to register the shipment.
If you are unsure about the status of your order, contact us via email and our support team will assist you.
During periods of high demand, order processing may take up to 7 business days.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed or refused, we reserve the right to charge a €15 handling and return shipping fee.
